Senior Zip System Specialist (Contract Role) - Cloudflare

About the Role

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Zip System Specialist to drive the strategy and execution of our global procurement technology ecosystem. You will act as the functional lead for our Source-to-Pay (S2P) architecture, bridging the gap between user-centric intake (Zip) and financial systems of record (Oracle Fusion Cloud).

What You Will Do

• End-to-End Process Architecture: Design and optimize global S2P processes, ensuring seamless hand-offs between upstream sourcing/intake and downstream purchasing/payables.
• Dual-Platform Configuration: Configure complex intake workflows in Zip and manage Requisitioning, Purchasing, and Supplier Portals in Oracle Fusion.
• Integration Management: Own the functional health of the Zip-to-Oracle integration, monitoring data flow for Requisitions, POs, and Supplier Master Data.
• Strategic Partnership: Lead discovery sessions with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting to translate business policies into precise system logic.
• Data Governance: Ensure audit-readiness by managing the mapping of Category Codes, Cost Centers, and Tax attributes between Zip and the Oracle GL.
• Release Management: Manage quarterly update cycles for both platforms, conducting impact assessments to maintain workflow integrity.

Required Qualifications

• Platform Proficiency: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement (Self-Service, Purchasing, Supplier Model) and 2+ years with Zip HQ.
• S2P Expertise: Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay lifecycle, including PR/PO lifecycle, 3-way matching, Encumbrance Accounting, and CLM.
• Integration Fluency: Proven experience managing API-based integrations between intake tools and Tier-1 ERPs.
• Systems Thinking: Ability to map complex, cross-functional processes and understand the downstream impact of workflow changes on the General Ledger and AP.
