Trust & Safety Investigator II, Singapore - Cloudflare

About the Role

Cloudflare is seeking a detail-oriented Trust and Safety Platform Operations Investigator to join our global team. In this role, you will address sensitive and escalated abuse, compliance tasks, and Trust and Safety issues that impact our customers. You will gain deep familiarity with Cloudflare's technology and policies while reviewing abuse claims and financial fraud.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a world-class, globally-distributed team.
• Administer efficient and compliant handling of legal requests, including subpoenas, court orders, and requests for information.
• Ensure seamless and timely Service-Level Agreement (SLA) delivery while maintaining high stakeholder satisfaction.
• Partner with Policy, Legal, and Product teams to ensure scalable process execution.
• Manage sensitive content and emotionally charged escalations with tact and a calm demeanor.
• Participate in rotating weekend and off-hour coverage as required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of anti-abuse or support escalation experience at an Internet Service Provider or hosting provider.
• Working knowledge of DNS and general Internet infrastructure.
• Experience working with legal teams on document production requests.
• Experience interacting with law enforcement agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Points

• Experience with legal considerations for hosted material (notice & takedown).
• Familiarity with DMCA, copyright, and trademark issues.
• Experience working with Security teams on threat identification and disruption.
• Experience in compliance, sanctions, and regulatory regimes.
