Partner Experience Specialist - Cribl

About the Role

Cribl is looking for a Partner Experience Specialist to help define, shape, and deliver our partner-facing content, materials, and applications. This is a key role in our ongoing transformation to reimagine, build, and scale our partner ecosystem to drive revenue and global impact.

What You Will Do

• Shape Partner Engagement: Build out the partner engagement lifecycle as part of the Cribl Partner Program.
• Drive Scalability: Implement programs and policies to scale Resale, MSP, SI, Technology Alliances, Cloud Service Providers, and Services partnerships.
• Content Development: Create collateral, documentation, and onboarding tools to enhance the partner experience.
• Strategic Evolution: Lead the evolution of partner experiences and program capabilities through a defined roadmap.
• Internal Alignment: Communicate partner strategies, events, and updates internally to drive business alignment.
• Project Management: Lead partner-specific initiatives focused on scale and efficiency.
• Tool Ownership: Manage partner-specific tools and drive awareness of their value and use cases.
• Compliance: Assist in program compliance processes and communications.

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in partner operations, partner programs, or partner marketing.
• Proven ownership of partner programs or enablement in data security and IT spaces.
• Experience with Salesforce, PRMs, or similar systems.
• Experience aligning global partner strategy with legal and operations compliance.
• Ability to formulate partnership vision, strategy, and execution plans.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working with little supervision.
• BA/BS degree (MBA or Masters from a top university is a plus).
