Research Advisor - India

We are looking for a Research Advisor to join our growing Customer Experience and Research (CXR) team in India. In this position, you will work collaboratively with Lead Research Advisors and dscout clients to help them use our platform to design, recruit, and field research projects across technology, retail, healthcare, AI, and more.

What You Will Do

• Act as a true dscout expert to train and educate clients on features and functionalities.
• Provide specific recommendations for clients’ research design on dscout.
• Assist in running clients’ research projects on dscout, including planning, designing, recruiting, fielding, analysis, and client engagement.
• Assist in the creation of training and educational materials.
• Assist with billing and other administrative processes for clients.
• Provide support and guidance to research participants to ensure helpful insights and an enjoyable participant experience.
• Act as a customer advocate by sharing client feedback internally to continuously improve dscout’s product offerings.

What You Need to Have

• BA/BS in design research, psychology, anthropology, sociology, market research, or a related field (or equivalent work experience); MA/MS is a plus.
• 1–4 years of professional experience (non-internship).
• 1–3 years of client-facing or similar experience.
• Strong track record in client service and relationship management, interpreting needs, and meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Strong project and time management skills to simultaneously manage multiple projects across stakeholders.
• Established knowledge of and passion for user research, UX, and/or consumer research.
• Interest or experience in conducting qualitative analysis.
• Ability to balance a friendly and professional communication style.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Flexibility, technical curiosity, and eagerness to learn new things.
• Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
