Product Engineer (EU/UK Based - Remote)

Who We Are

A lot of enterprise work still happens by hand. People copy-paste between spreadsheets, live in endless email threads, and click through clunky legacy UIs. We started Duvo to end that for good.

Customers already trust us with business-critical processes, and our agents are automating them today. We are a team of 60, with 22 engineers, and we just raised a $32 million Series A led by Balderton Capital.

What We Are Building

Duvo is the AI operations platform for large enterprises, currently focused on retail and consumer packaged goods. Customers build AI agents in Duvo that do the work wherever it lives: SAP, spreadsheets, supplier portals, email, APIs, and direct browser and computer use.

Business users state the outcome they want, and our agents plan, act, request approval on exceptions, and improve with every run. We map customer processes from interviews and internal docs, starting where we can show value fast (category management, supply chain, finance ops) and expanding across functions.

The Role

You will own user-facing features and supporting systems end to end, live in production and measured by customer impact. You connect technical choices directly to user outcomes and ship with high velocity.

You will also collaborate directly with enterprise customers, delivering specific solutions and speaking with them when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Shipping and ownership: Experience taking ambiguous requirements to production across the full stack (UI, API, data, deployment). You set your own scope and ship rapidly.
• Product judgment: Ability to scope MVPs, prioritize impactful metrics, deprecate low-value work, and evaluate technical trade-offs based on user impact.
• AI-native workflow: Daily use of AI tools and coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) to build, review, and test code while maintaining high quality standards.
• Product quality: A keen eye for visual design, intuitive user experience, and overall polish.
• Collaboration: Cross-functional partnership with product and design, proactively aligning context and unblocking teammates.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing and running distributed, scalable production systems with high reliability and security standards.
• Experience building LLM applications (agent response parsing, human-in-the-loop workflows, eval frameworks, prompt engineering, cost optimization).
• Experience designing user interfaces for AI workflows (e.g., confidence signals, reasoning feedback).
