The Role

As an IT Support Admin, you will play a key role in ensuring our technology runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting and resolving everyday tech issues, maintaining systems, and assisting colleagues to support team productivity in a collaborative, distributed environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Technical Support: Respond to requests, diagnose hardware/software issues, provide timely solutions, and train users on new tools.
• System Maintenance: Monitor system performance, analyze logs to detect irregularities, and maintain an inventory of hardware and software licenses.
• Network Administration: Configure and test network devices, perform performance assessments, and manage security protocols and firewalls.
• Onboarding & Documentation: Facilitate new hire onboarding, document support inquiries and resolutions, and gather user feedback to enhance IT processes.

What You Bring

• Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• 1+ years of experience with network configuration and administration.
• 2+ years of experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with security protocols, firewall management, and ticketing systems.
• Experience with hardware/software inventory management.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to train users on software tools.
