The Role
We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Engineer who combines deep architectural intuition, clean coding, and sharp debugging skills with an AI-native workflow. You will dive into platforms like Salesforce and MuleSoft with an end-to-end ownership mindset to elevate engineering practices and turn ambiguous business challenges into high-quality, reliable production solutions.
What You Will Be Doing
- Full-Stack Development: Design, build, and ship features end-to-end (UI, APIs, business logic, data models) with a bias for maintainable, well-tested code.
- AI-Assisted Engineering: Utilize tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot throughout the SDLC for scaffolding, refactoring, and debugging while maintaining engineering rigor.
- Salesforce Expertise: Develop using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
- Integration & Architecture: Build robust REST APIs and event-driven integrations.
- AI Innovation: Explore and build agentic, AI-powered features (e.g., Agent Builder) to automate business processes with human-in-the-loop checks.
- Leadership: Own features through the full lifecycle and contribute to CI/CD, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
What You Bring
- 12+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in modern frontend (JS/TS, frameworks) and backend (OOP, REST, SQL) technologies.
- Hands-on, daily experience with AI-assisted coding tools and the ability to critically evaluate AI-generated output.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with software design patterns, Git, and CI/CD.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Benefits
- Competitive pay based on your work, not previous salary.
- Flexible locations and schedules.
