Partner Manager - CEE

About the Role

Elastic is looking for a highly motivated Partner Manager to execute our channel strategy across the Central and Eastern European (CEE) market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining an elite ecosystem of partners, driving partner-sourced revenue, and acting as the primary SME for Elastic within the channel.

What You Will Be Doing

• Strategy & Execution: Create and drive the overall channel strategy and prioritization plan for CEE, including the development of an Elastic Stack practice across priority partners.
• Partner Management: Identify, recruit, enable, and manage key channel partners and distributors to drive growth, coverage, and scale.
• Revenue Growth: Drive consistent and predictable channel bookings through joint business planning and ongoing enablement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with direct sales teams to form a coherent indirect strategy and act as a conduit between Elastic and partner sales teams.
• Contracting: Negotiate and close partnership contracts.

What You Bring Along

• At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, enabling, and managing channel partners.
• Proven expertise in building channel partner programs from the ground up.
• Demonstrated success in growing partners through increased lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Strong understanding of security, observability, GenAI, search, or big data markets.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a self-directed environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
