Partner Solutions Architect - Elastic

About the Role

As a Partner Solutions Architect (PSA), you will serve as the technical force multiplier for Elastic's partner ecosystem. You will build the technical capacity of a portfolio of partners—including system integrators, resellers, MSSPs, and cloud providers—enabling them to source pipeline, win deals, and deliver Elastic solutions autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Growth with Partners

• Generate approved partner deal registrations in collaboration with Partner Managers.
• Execute partner-tailored sales playbooks to qualify deal shape, support technical scoping, and increase average deal size.
• Accelerate partner-led opportunities, including hands-on labs and proofs of concept.

Architect of Leverage

• Build trusted advisor status with senior technical stakeholders at managed partners.
• Create and maintain Technical Engagement Plans and conduct quarterly read-outs.
• Deliver enablement roadmaps, workshops, and certification paths to move partners toward technical autonomy.

Co-innovate on Repeatable Solutions

• Co-architect solution blueprints and reference architectures (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Support partner-built offerings that extend the Elastic product surface.
• Build reusable demos, sales assets, and battlecards for the partner ecosystem.

What You Bring

• 8+ years in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or cloud/infrastructure.
• 5+ years of pre-sales experience, ideally within channel, alliances, or SI/MSSP ecosystems.
• A "one-to-many" mindset focused on enablement and scaling technical capacity.
• Working knowledge of security operations (SIEM, endpoint, cloud security) or observability.
• Understanding of AI and semantic search technologies (RAG, vector search, NLP).
• Professional experience architecting on AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong commercial fluency and the ability to translate technical capability into business value.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
