Partner Solutions Architect - Public Sector

About the Role

Elastic is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) to multiply our technical reach within the US Public Sector. In this role, you will build technical capability across a focused group of partners—including SIs, resellers, MSSPs, and cloud providers—enabling them to source pipeline, win deals, and deliver Elastic solutions independently.

• Drive Partner-Sourced Pipeline: Generate approved deal registrations and run partner-tailored sales playbooks.
• Architect of Leverage: Build trusted advisor status with senior technical stakeholders and create technical engagement plans.
• Co-innovate: Develop repeatable solution blueprints, reference architectures, and reusable sales collateral.

What You Will Be Doing

• Growth: Collaborate with Partner Managers to qualify deal shapes, support technical scoping, and accelerate partner-led opportunities.
• Enablement: Lead hands-on technical workshops, certification roadmaps, and lab sessions to increase partner maturity.
• Content Creation: Author white papers, blogs, and sales battlecards to equip partners with "Why Elastic" positioning.
• Strategy: Stay current on competitive dynamics and market trends to guide partner technical leaders.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, or architecture.
• 1+ years of pre-sales experience in the software sector, specifically within US Public Sector ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of security operations (SIEM, endpoint, cloud security) or observability.
• Experience architecting solutions on AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to translate technical capability into business cases.
• Requirement: Must be located in or within reasonable commuting distance of the Florida Panhandle (e.g., Pensacola, Fort Walton Beach).
• Travel: Ability to travel up to 30% for partner offices, events, and conferences.

Compensation & Benefits

• OTE Range: $106,700 – $168,700 (70/30 pay mix).
