About the Role

As a Principal Solutions Architect, Security Specialist at Elastic, you will leverage your deep expertise in SIEM solutions, security technologies, and consultative selling to help customers secure their data and infrastructure. You will act as a technical leader, helping organizations solve complex challenges, enhance incident response, and build modern, scalable security architectures.

What You Will Be Doing

• Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design and implement innovative security solutions using Elastic's AI advancements to improve incident response.
• Drive Operational Efficiency: Harness the Elastic Security Solution to help organizations meet use case requirements.
• Deliver Proof-of-Value (POV): Showcase the power of Elastic Security’s detection, AI, and Incident Response capabilities.
• Thought Leadership: Share your expertise through presentations, blog posts, and industry channels to position Elastic as a leader in SIEM and Analytics.
• Foster Collaboration: Nurture a collaborative environment within the Solutions Architecture team and across departments.
• Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in the evolving landscape of SIEM, Analytics, and related technologies.

What You Bring

• 15+ years of experience in architecting enterprise-level SIEM solutions.
• Extensive experience with SIEM platforms and vendor solutions in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of AI and its impact on SIEM and Analytics.
• Strong grasp of SOC workflows, processes, and operational challenges.
• Background in forensic analysis, troubleshooting, and threat mitigation.
• Experience with Behavioral Analytics and Machine Learning techniques.
• Proven success in consultative selling, RFI/RFP responses, and customer presentations.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or GIAC are a plus.
