The Role

Elastic is searching for a Regional Vice President to lead our Enterprise team across the West region. This is a high-potential segment where you will drive existing and new logo growth by implementing a repeatable, scalable GTM motion.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading a team of Enterprise account executives to exceed bookings targets.
• Developing comprehensive knowledge of our technology platform, product messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitor landscape.
• Owning sales plan creation, compensation structures, and customer segmentation.
• Driving Elastic’s sales methodology and leading from the front to ensure quota attainment.
• Fostering an environment of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Building collaborative relationships with the Open Source community and partner ecosystems.
• Traveling regularly to assist in deal creation, closure, and team support.
• Partnering across Elastic’s leadership community to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Success in developing and executing scalable, repeatable sales strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Experience building and implementing sales processes and frameworks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment.
• Consistent track record of leading teams to exceed quotas in technical client acquisition businesses.
• Deep expertise in SaaS sales leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

• OTE Range: $283,200 – $447,900 (60/40 pay mix).
• Equity: Eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program.
