Senior Solutions Architect (NATO) - Elastic

About the Role

As a Senior Solutions Architect (SA) at Elastic, you will serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to our sales team, customers, partners, and the community. You will solve complex business issues using the Elastic Stack and drive technical wins within the enterprise sector, specifically focusing on NATO.

What You Will Be Doing

• Technical Leadership: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for NATO.
• Strategic Engagement: Develop deep relationships with customers to understand their goals and articulate how Elastic’s offerings address their needs.
• Sales Enablement: Advise the sales team on positioning, support partners in sales cycles, and participate in all phases of the sales process from discovery to technical win.
• Community & Advocacy: Represent Elastic at meetups and conferences, and act as the voice of the customer to provide feedback to our engineering and leadership teams.
• Continuous Growth: Deepen your technical and sales skills through self-driven education and professional development.

What You Bring

• Minimum 4 years of success in a technical presales role.
• Experience working within the Enterprise sector, navigating its unique challenges.
• Proven ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms and software.
• Strong influence and communication skills; ability to inspire groups of all sizes.
• A passion for continuous learning and curiosity.
• Willingness to travel 30% within the region and occasionally internationally.
