Solutions Architect - General Business, East (Presales)

About the Role

As a Solutions Architect at Elastic, you will serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to our sales team, customers, partners, and the community. You will tackle complex business issues using the Elastic Stack and enable sales through our partners.

What You Will Be Doing

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for accounts and account managers in your assigned territory.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address their specific needs.
• Own value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations.
• Participate in all phases of the sales cycle, from initial discovery to the technical win.
• Demonstrate the value of Elastic products in sales meetings, meetups, and conferences.
• Advise the sales team on effective positioning of Elastic products, solutions, and services.
• Onboard, educate, and enable partners to support them in sales cycles.
• Act as the voice of the customer, communicating needs and product gaps to engineering and leadership teams.
• Engage in continuous self-driven education to deepen technical and sales skills.

• Strong influence and communication skills; ability to inspire groups of all sizes.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within the region and occasionally internationally.
