The Role

As a Search Solutions Architect, you will be at the forefront of the search and data analytics revolution. You will design and deploy innovative solutions leveraging Gen AI, ELSER, and vector search technologies to help organizations unlock the full potential of their data.

What You Will Be Doing

• Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design and implement solutions utilizing Elastic's latest advancements in AI, RAG, and vector databases.
• Harness ELSER: Enable organizations to achieve unparalleled accuracy in data retrieval using the Elastic Learned Sparse Encoder.
• Vector Search Implementation: Create high-dimensional vector representations of data to improve search relevance.
• Proof-of-Concept Delivery: Showcase the value of AI and semantic search through successful POC projects.
• Thought Leadership: Evangelize our vision through presentations, blog posts, and industry engagement.
• Collaboration: Work with a diverse team of engineers and data scientists to push the boundaries of AI-powered search.
• Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve in the evolving landscape of AI and semantic search technologies.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in architecting enterprise-level search solutions.
• Deep understanding of AI, semantic search, RAG, vector search, and NLP.
• Familiarity with the Hugging Face ecosystem, Langchain, and vector databases.
• Solid knowledge of ELSER architecture.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging developers, architects, and executive buyers.
• A collaborative spirit and commitment to continuous learning.
• Fluency in Spanish is considered an advantage.
