
Elation Health is transforming primary care through a cloud-based clinical platform designed to improve both physician and patient quality of life. We are seeking a highly motivated, bilingual Workflow Consultant & Trainer based in Southern California to lead onboarding, training, and workflow optimization efforts within our enterprise partner networks.
This is a 3-month contract, part-time position (30 hours/week) requiring 100% on-the-ground field presence (~80% local travel) across partner sites, clinics, and community events in Southern California.
Responsibilities
Training Delivery — Live & Virtual
- Design and lead bilingual (Korean and English) onboarding and training sessions for providers, clinical staff, and practice administrators.
- Deliver both in-person training at practice sites and structured virtual sessions via video conferencing tools.
- Build and maintain a library of training materials, workflows, quick reference guides, and session recordings in both languages.
- Run role-specific training tracks for physicians, MAs, front desk, and practice managers.
- Facilitate group training workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, and refresher trainings post-go-live.
Workflow Consultation
- Partner with practices to assess current workflows and map them to Elation's clinical platform, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Provide tailored workflow recommendations aligning with practice specialty, care model, and value-based care requirements.
- Guide providers through best practices for clinical documentation, care gap workflows, quality measure tracking, and EHR utilization.
- Collaborate with implementation and customer success teams to ensure scalable workflow designs.
Community & Provider Engagement
- Represent Elation Health at local provider events, workshops, seminars, IPA meetings, and roundtables.
- Engage directly with providers and healthcare communities through culturally resonant communication.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Adoption
- Coordinate training schedules with Provider Relations and Engagement leads.
- Provide structured field feedback on workflow challenges and adoption barriers to product and GTM teams.
- Serve as primary training contact for practices in their first 30–90 days on Elation.
- Track session attendance, training completion, and adoption metrics; escalate adoption risks with actionable context.
- Maintain accurate records of training delivery and workflow assessments in CRM and project tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual Communication (Korean & English): Fluent in Korean and English with the ability to deliver training, conduct consultations, and create written materials in both languages. Strong cultural competency within Korean healthcare provider communities.
- Training & Facilitation Experience: 2–5+ years in customer training, clinical education, software onboarding, or workflow consulting (healthcare technology or SaaS preferred). Experience delivering live/virtual training across various formats.
- Workflow & Clinical Acumen: Ability to translate complex EHR platform functionality into practical workflow guidance for physicians (MD/DO/NP/PA), practice managers, and administrative staff.
- Field Presence & Self-Management: Proven ability to manage a portfolio of training engagements independently in a field-based role.
- Location & Travel: Based in Southern California with the ability to travel locally (~80%) for in-person training, partner site visits, and regional events.
