Your Role

Reporting directly to our Head of Partnerships/Affiliation, Hugo, you will manage, maintain, and grow relationships with affiliates, driving user acquisition and scaling our network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring consistent communication and support.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates for seamless integration into the affiliate program.
• Monitor affiliate performance and generate detailed reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI.
• Analyze affiliate results to identify areas of improvement, optimize campaigns, and uncover scaling opportunities.
• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the affiliate network.
• Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels for maximum conversion rates.
• Review and refine processes to enhance affiliate management and communication.

Your Qualifications

Hard Skills

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management.
• Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies across diverse channels (SEO, media buying, paid socials, etc.).
• Advanced competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and collaborative skills (fluent in English).
• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.
• Doer mindset: able to balance execution, planning, and strategy in a fast-paced environment.
• Humble: willing to learn and open to feedback.
• Adaptable: comfortable reprioritizing overnight as the landscape shifts.
• Comfortable advertising products based on uncensored models and content.

Bonus Points

• Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems like postback S2S setup and ad servers.
• Experience handling affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, and volume drops.
• Previous experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level.
• Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing.
• Experience with subscription-based business models and fraud prevention techniques.
