Your Role

We are looking for a Trust & Safety Product Manager to own the product and technical delivery of our compliance and safety initiatives across our platforms.

You will turn safety requirements into effective product features, moderation capabilities, third-party integrations, and measurable improvements. Working closely with Compliance, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Customer Support, you will help us identify risks earlier, build safeguards into new features, and continuously improve how our safety systems perform.

This is a newly created role within our Product team, working directly with our CTO, Michael Monin and our Legal & Safety Lead, Maxwelle Sokol. You will have significant ownership from the outset and the opportunity to shape how the safety product function develops as the company continues to grow.

Our platform serves adults and permits lawful adult content. We are looking for someone who can navigate sensitive, context-dependent issues thoughtfully, protecting users and enforcing clear boundaries without unnecessarily restricting legitimate expression.

Key Responsibilities

Safety & legal product strategy and delivery: Translate safety policies, legal requirements (e.g., in online safety and AI-specific laws such as the EU AI Act), incident findings, and user feedback into clear product requirements, acceptance criteria, and engineering work.
Internally developed moderation technologies: Own the product side of improvements to our in-house moderation systems, including our proprietary LLM technology EverGuard.
Third-party safety partnerships and integrations: Lead the technical and product lifecycle of third-party safety partnerships from identification to rollout.
Safety dashboards, monitoring, and quality assurance: Establish dashboards and recurring QA to proactively identify emerging issues and prevent harmful content.
Red teaming and adversarial testing: Own our testing for how moderation systems and product safeguards respond to deliberate misuse and difficult edge cases.
Trust and safety reviews for new features: Establish and run dedicated T&S reviews for new features and material changes.
Incident follow-through and continuous improvement: Coordinate product and engineering responses to significant safety issues.

Your Qualifications

Data-driven product decisions: Experience running A/B tests, product experiments, or data deep-dives to shape what is built next.
Content moderation and AI guardrails: Understanding of efficient and scalable content moderation, automation, machine learning, and human review.
Legal/safety work experience: Worked closely with trust and safety and compliance requirements for a consumer-facing product.
Collaborative mindset: Strong cross-functional communication skills across engineering, legal, operations, and support.
AI fluency: Comfortable working with and leveraging AI tools proactively.
Ownership mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity and taking responsibility for outcomes.
