Senior Solutions Consultant - Everbridge

Everbridge is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to support our Control Center solution.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide project management, enterprise solution application implementation services, and technical support during the design, build, test, and training phases of customer projects. You will operate in a collaborative, team-focused environment, ensuring adherence to quality control and program delivery methodology.

This customer-facing role requires a thorough understanding of the Control Center software platform and interacting infrastructures, alongside detailed knowledge of subsystem edge devices used by end-user and reseller partner customers. The role combines project management ability with hands-on technical expertise encompassing software development, database administration, and network engineering.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain extensive working knowledge of Control Center software solutions and capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership in all aspects of design, build, integration, testing, quality control (QC), commissioning, and deployment.
• Deliver realistic project estimates under Control Center project methodologies.
• Create detailed design documentation for customer submission, review, and approval.
• Configure and operate 3rd party subsystem edge devices (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms) integrated with Everbridge software solutions.
• Produce detailed functional and operational customer requirement specifications based on site visits, RFIs, RFPs, and technical documentation.

External Focus

• Perform installation and configuration tasks to deliver Control Center software solutions at customer and partner locations.
• Train end-user customers and reseller partners on all aspects of Control Center solutions.

Internal Focus

• Maintain consistency and quality across product deployments to meet agreed Statements of Work (SoW) and Functional Design Specifications (FDS).
• Maintain detailed project documentation for seamless handovers to Customer Support.
• Provide feedback to Product and Development teams to enhance company solutions and commissioning capabilities.
• Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide onsite and remote 3rd-level technical support.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, software-related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical specifications.
• Successfully managed and completed at least 10 technical deployment projects in the security industry.
• Proven track record of installing, implementing, testing, and training users on high-level application suites (e.g., Document Management, Fleet Management, EPOS, or ERP).
• Demonstrable experience configuring PCs and servers, and troubleshooting Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems.
• Strong knowledge of database architectures (Microsoft SQL Server) and data manipulation using SQL object-oriented concepts.
• Solid grounding in networking principles, Internet Protocol (IP), virtual machine (VM) environments, Microsoft Clustering, Failover, and High Availability.
• Secret Clearance preferred, or the ability to obtain Secret Clearance required.
• Physical security industry experience is desirable.
