Note: This role is 100% remote (W2 employment). Candidates must hold an active Georgia state license and reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia border.

What You'll Do

• Provide remote occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population
• Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform
• Deliver outcomes-focused care through meaningful collaboration and caregiver engagement
• Monitor client progress and adjust care plans to support successful clinical outcomes
• Complete all clinical documentation accurately and on time
• Participate in required training, clinical learning opportunities, and team communication
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) and an individual NPI number
• Active Occupational Therapist license in Georgia
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
