About the Position
The Sr. Compensation Partner is responsible for partnering with functional leaders in support of our Total Rewards strategy, while providing innovative ideas and detailed analysis.

What You Will Do
- Support and advise functional leaders on all compensation-related matters.
- Participate in market benchmarking surveys, lead the annual review of internal salary ranges, and ensure all systems are updated with accurate data.
- Conduct market pay analyses, including the formulation of conclusions, recommendations on the company’s competitive position, and assessment of budgetary needs.
- Make recommendations on offer approvals and pay actions for assigned areas, building consensus with key stakeholders.
- Partner with stakeholders on job documentation and analysis in support of G-P’s career architecture.
- Train managers and employees on compensation practices, career architecture, and compensation conversations.
- Support the administration of all focal point compensation cycles and cyclical compensation programs.
- Manage day-to-day compensation administration, including job requisitions, job/pay changes, job profile maintenance, and employee queries.
- Identify and recommend efficiencies around compensation programs, processes, and reporting.
- Contribute to ad hoc job evaluations and market data requests.
- Maintain awareness of current compensation trends and understand statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Integrate mainstream AI tools (e.g., Gemini) into daily workflows to increase efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of Compensation experience.
- Experience with non-traditional compensation programs is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with global compensation markets, practices, and data.
- Superior Excel skills (proficient in VLOOKUPs, logical functions, pivot tables, and charts).
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to perform independent, in-depth analysis.
- Strong communication and influence skills across all levels of the organization, with the ability to translate complex compensation concepts into clear terms.
- Proven ability to lead projects of moderate complexity or contribute significantly to complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong attention to detail, a measured sense of urgency, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfort shifting between transactional daily tasks and strategic priorities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: €61,600 – €77,000 EUR gross base per year plus annual performance bonus.
