About the Role
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer on GTM Engineering, you will design and build the backend systems and services that power our go-to-market and growth platforms. This is a 0 to 1 space where you will shape architectural choices and guide work from specification through production.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs supporting GTM and growth platforms.
- Contribute across the stack, including frontend work, as project needs dictate.
- Define technical direction, including build-versus-buy evaluations and trade-off analysis.
- Proactively identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues.
- Review code and designs, providing constructive feedback to peers.
- Mentor junior engineers and document system architecture for team scalability.
What You'll Bring
- Proven track record of owning backend systems in production.
- Strong fullstack proficiency in Vue, Node, Go, and Ruby.
- Deep expertise in API design, data modeling, and database performance.
- Ability to make sound technical trade-offs independently.
- Experience working in fast-moving, distributed environments.
- Excellent written communication skills for asynchronous collaboration.
Nice to Have
- Experience in marketing, growth, or GTM engineering contexts (web platforms, content tooling).
- Experience working in remote-first or distributed organizations.
- Ability to explain complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
