Commercial Account Executive, Acquisition - Grafana Labs

The Opportunity

Grafana Labs is looking for a Commercial Account Executive, Acquisition based in Switzerland to prospect and close new business across Switzerland and Austria. You will identify, nurture, and close opportunities, manage forecasts, and track customer data using a consultative sales approach.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Conduct outbound prospecting into net-new customers.
• Manage the full sales process: prospecting, meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
• Convey the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Maintain sales pipeline accuracy in Salesforce.
• Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
• Proven experience selling to companies based in Switzerland and/or Austria.
• Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement (top 10% performer).
• Energetic, tenacious, and entrepreneurial team player.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German (written and spoken).
• Adaptable with experience in high-velocity technology companies.

Bonus Points

• French language skills.
• Familiarity with open-source technology.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC methodologies.
