The Opportunity
Grafana's Demand Generation team is responsible for creating and accelerating pipeline across the full customer journey. We run a modern, AI-forward operation, utilizing lifecycle email programs, territory-level buying signals, and agentic workflows to scale our impact.
We are looking for a Demand Generation Program Manager to own programs across channels, with a primary focus on our existing-customer motion: driving expansion and cross-sell demand. This role is for a builder who wants to define what demand generation looks like in the agentic era.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own customer lifecycle demand gen: Build and run programs that create demand inside our existing customer base—expansion, cross-sell, and adoption plays across email, in-app, web, and field channels.
- Work across channels: Support and strengthen programs across paid, email, events, web, and outbound as priorities shift.
- Build agentic workflows: Use AI tools (Claude Code, agents, internal AI infrastructure) to automate program execution, including audience building, content generation, and campaign QA.
- Connect programs to sales: Translate marketing signals into actionable insights for sales leadership and account coverage.
- Measure impact: Instrument programs, report on pipeline impact, and optimize based on performance data.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B software company.
- Proven experience running programs across multiple channels (email, paid, events, web, outbound) with measurable pipeline results.
- Experience marketing to existing customers (expansion/cross-sell).
- Hands-on experience building automations or agentic workflows; you view AI as a tool for leverage.
- Strong data literacy: ability to pull numbers, validate them, and build executive-level reports.
- Excellent program management fundamentals: ability to ship on time and collaborate effectively with sales, product marketing, and ops.
Bonus Points
- Experience with PLG or product-led motions.
- Familiarity with the observability, monitoring, or open-source ecosystem.
- Proficiency with Marketo, Salesforce, and modern data stacks (e.g., BigQuery).
- Publicly shared work regarding AI in marketing operations.
