Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition - Grafana Labs

About the Role

Grafana Labs is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition to drive new business growth across the Florida region. You will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with new customers while managing the full sales lifecycle. We prioritize a consultative approach, focusing on customer needs and technical value articulation.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Conduct outbound prospecting to secure net-new customers.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, meetings, demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and negotiations.
• Articulate the value proposition of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting within Salesforce.
• Handle quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales.
• Demonstrated history of consistent top-tier performance (top 10%).
• Energetic, tenacious, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Adaptable to high-velocity technology environments.
• Excellent communication skills (in-person, online, and written).
• Familiarity with open-source technology is a significant advantage.

Bonus Points

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC methodologies.
