- Logistics: Lead end-to-end logistics, including venue sourcing, negotiating, contracting, vendor coordination, booth design, and on-site execution.
- Project Management: Maintain detailed timelines, budgets, and vendor communications while ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Strategy & Analytics: Define success metrics, deliver post-event analysis, and translate insights into actionable improvements for ROI.
- Brand & Content: Create, review, and approve event assets (signage, collateral, presentations) to ensure brand consistency.
- Innovation: Leverage AI and automation tools to improve planning efficiency and reporting processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and regional teams to align event strategy with business objectives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Location: Must be based in the UK, Netherlands, Sweden, or Germany.
- Experience: 4+ years of direct event management experience, including end-to-end ownership of hosted conferences and third-party sponsorships.
- On-site Leadership: Proven experience as the primary on-site lead, capable of making real-time decisions without escalation.
- Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time, including long-haul travel to APJ and occasional work across different time zones.
- Tech Savvy: Curiosity in adopting new marketing technologies and AI-driven tools (e.g., Claude Code).
- Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Zuddl (or similar registration platforms), Salesforce, and Monday.com.
