Events & Field Marketing Manager

Toggl is seeking an experienced Events & Field Marketing Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation through events and field marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a comprehensive events strategy, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and company-hosted events.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute all logistical aspects of events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define event objectives, target audiences, and desired outcomes.
• Manage event budgets, track ROI, and report on key performance indicators.
• Develop and implement field marketing campaigns to support regional sales efforts.
• Identify and nurture relationships with potential partners and sponsors for events.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event and field marketing.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Create compelling event collateral and promotional materials.
• Gather feedback from events and implement improvements for future initiatives.
