
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Director to lead the evolution of our marketing data stack and raise the analytical rigor of the entire marketing organization. This is a critical role for a builder-practitioner who works at the intersection of Data Science, Marketing Strategy, GTM, and AI Operations. You will architect a data-driven growth engine, connecting high-level strategy with advanced technical execution.
What You'll Be Doing
- Strategic GTM Partnership: Partner with GTM leadership (VP of Demand Gen, CMO, Sales leadership) to translate complex data into a clear roadmap for revenue growth.
- Dual-Track Target Setting: Architect a forecasting framework that balances top-of-funnel volume with high-intent lead quality.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop and maintain machine learning models (Attribution, MMM, LTV) to steer budget allocation toward high-ROI channels.
- Data Warehouse Architecture: Oversee marketing data within Google BigQuery, ensuring a scalable single source of truth.
- Causal Inference: Perform predictive trend analysis to isolate anomalies and identify growth drivers.
- Executive Storytelling: Transform technical data outputs into compelling narratives for the executive team and board.
Utilizing AI and Automation
- Agentic Insights: Deploy LLM-powered agents to monitor BigQuery datasets and flag funnel quality shifts.
- Autonomous Workflows: Implement orchestration patterns (N8N, custom MCP servers) to build self-healing data pipelines.
- Predictive Quality Scoring: Build AI-driven models to help Sales and Marketing prioritize high-value potential users.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 8+ years in Marketing Analytics, GTM Strategy, or Data Science, with 2+ years in a lead architect capacity.
- Mastery of SQL and Python; deep experience with Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar.
- Hands-on AI fluency: Proven experience building and shipping agentic systems (Claude Code, MCP).
- Proficiency in automation tools like N8N or custom API orchestration.
- Advanced BI skills (Grafana, Looker, Tableau).
- Strong executive presence and ability to build frameworks in ambiguous environments.
