Regional Marketing Manager | Western Europe - Grafana Labs

About the Role

Grafana Labs is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to execute regional marketing strategies and lead programs that drive measurable business outcomes in Western Europe. You will be responsible for approximately 50% self-directed work, requiring strong prioritization, strategic thinking, and the ability to leverage AI to scale productivity.

What You'll Be Doing

• Program Management: Lead regional marketing initiatives from planning through execution and reporting.
• Strategy & Execution: Execute ABM and regional marketing programs in partnership with Sales and SDR teams.
• AI Integration: Develop and document AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across marketing operations.
• Operations: Utilize core platforms including Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com to manage day-to-day decisions and identify process improvements.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze program performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Leadership: Provide guidance to associates and contractors while building expertise in Grafana’s go-to-market strategy.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or events with end-to-end ownership.
• Proficiency with Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com (or similar).
• Demonstrated experience operationalizing AI in marketing (e.g., reusable prompts, documented processes, or automations).
• Strong project, time, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time.
• Nice to have: French language skills for localization work.
