Senior Demand Generation Manager - Grafana Labs

About the Role

Grafana Labs is looking for a senior, AI-native demand generation marketer to own and evolve our lifecycle nurture programs. You will take a program with proven ROI to its next phase: deeper personalization, continuous optimization, and bigger business impact at scale. This role blends AI-driven program design, multi-channel execution, and the influence to set the standard for how AI-native marketing works across our GTM teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Strategy Innovation: Set the standards, playbooks, and best practices for AI-native lifecycle marketing.
• AI Email Machine: Drive the next phase of our AI nurture engine, generating personalized emails at scale tuned to the user journey.
• Continuous Optimization: Use AI and prompt engineering to surface patterns and drive lift.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with GTM leadership across marketing, sales, and operations to surface pipeline signals and shared outcomes.
• Experimentation: Form hypotheses, run experiments, and build new capabilities for the organization.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience: 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in a technical or developer-focused product.
• Multi-Program Ownership: Proven track record owning channel strategies end-to-end (email, web, and paid).
• AI Workflow Ownership: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain repeatable AI systems.
• Data Fluency: Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing analytics, and multi-touch attribution across PLG and commercial motions.
• Communication: Ability to frame results as business impact and provide data-backed recommendations.

• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or n8n.
