Senior Solutions Engineer | East Coast | Remote - Grafana Labs

The Opportunity

Grafana Labs is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Majors Solutions Engineering team. As a customer-facing product expert, you will enable our global growth by educating potential and existing customers, ensuring their success with the Grafana Cloud platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Technical Engagement: Partner with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy.
• Customer Success: Own technical engagements, deliver product presentations, and close high-velocity opportunities through advanced technical credibility.
• Feedback Loop: Act as a primary communication channel between customers and our internal Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Content Creation: Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, and contribute to internal and public enablement materials.
• Collaboration: Work within a remote-first, international team to solve complex technical and customer problems.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience: 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• Location: Ideally located in the Greater NYC or Boston area.
• Communication: First-class written and oral communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical advantages clearly.
• Mindset: A technical mindset with a desire to grow; creative problem-solving skills and a self-motivated, initiative-driven approach.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment where duties are varied and complex.

Compensation & Rewards

• Salary: OTE range of $204,000 - $254,000 (US-based).
• Equity: All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to ensure shared ownership in our success.
