Senior Solutions Engineer | France | Arabic Speaker - Grafana Labs

About the Role

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our customer-facing team. You will act as the bridge between our technical engineering teams, our customers, and our Sales organization. In this role, you will educate potential and existing customers, deliver technical demos, and help qualify and close complex opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Strategic Partnership: Partner with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy.
• Technical Ownership: Lead technical engagements, utilizing advanced competitive knowledge and technical credibility to close complex deals.
• Customer Enablement: Deliver product presentations, conduct technical evaluations, and drive product conversations based on customer needs.
• Feedback Loop: Act as a primary communication channel from customers to our Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Content Creation: Contribute to documentation, blog posts, video content, and knowledge base articles.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience: 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Communication: First-class written and oral communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical advantages clearly.
• Technical Mindset: A passion for solving technical challenges and a desire for continuous technical growth.
• Language: Fluent in Arabic.
• Location: Must be located in France.
• Soft Skills: Strong judgment, leadership, and a collaborative approach to complex assignments.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Open Source technologies or the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC.
