Senior Solutions Engineer | West Coast | Remote - Grafana Labs

The Opportunity

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Majors Solutions Engineering team. As an in-house, customer-facing product expert, you will play a critical role in our global growth by educating potential and existing customers, ensuring their success with the Grafana Cloud platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Technical Engagement: Own the technical relationship with customers, helping to close high-velocity opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge and technical credibility.
• Sales Partnership: Partner with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy.
• Enablement: Deliver product presentations, demos, and technical evaluations.
• Feedback Loop: Act as a primary communication channel between customers and our internal Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Content Creation: Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, and contribute to internal and public enablement materials.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Location: Ideally located on the West Coast of the US.
• Experience: 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• Communication: First-class written and oral communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical advantages clearly.
• Mindset: A technical mindset with a desire to grow; ability to thrive in a startup environment with varied and complex duties.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a remote-first, international team.
