Solutions Engineer - Grafana Labs

About the Role

Grafana Labs is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our customer-facing team. You will act as a product expert, enabling our worldwide growth by educating potential and existing customers. You will serve as the bridge between our customers, the Sales team, and our internal Product and Engineering organizations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Strategic Partnership: Partner with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy.
• Technical Ownership: Lead technical engagements, helping to close complex opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge and technical credibility.
• Customer Enablement: Deliver product presentations, demos, and hands-on enablement sessions.
• Feedback Loop: Communicate customer needs and competitive landscape insights to internal Product and Engineering teams.
• Content Creation: Contribute to documentation, blog posts, video content, and knowledge base articles.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to handle complex assignments.
• First-class written and oral communication skills.
• A technical mindset with a passion for solving complex challenges.
• Requirement: Must be located in France.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Open Source technologies or the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC.
