About the Role

You will be the owner of care team training, end to end. You’ll design and run new hire training, build practice and assessments, track how new hires ramp, and use data to close gaps for the wider team. As the company grows, this role can expand into company-wide training and into leading a team of trainers.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Ownership: Set the strategy, build, and deliver new hire training with practice and assessments.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor new hire ramp-up progress to identify performance gaps.
• Data-Driven Improvement: Use quality audits, performance data, and manager feedback to refine training content.
• Content Maintenance: Keep training materials current as treatments, services, and workflows evolve.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Pharmacy Ops, Clinical, and QA teams to ensure content accuracy.
• Operational Readiness: Ensure training programs are prepared to meet business hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Self-driven with a proven record of owning programs end to end.
• Experience designing and running training for high-volume support or care teams (healthcare/telemedicine preferred).
• Proficiency in using performance or quality data to measure training effectiveness.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training tools.
