Director, Growth Marketing - Intellum

About Intellum

Intellum is the leader in corporate education technology and powers the largest, most successful customer, partner, and employee learning programs in the world. Large brands and fast-moving companies like Google, Meta, Amazon, Walmart, Xero, Atlassian, Mailchimp, Airbnb, Stripe, and TikTok rely on Intellum to engage and educate the audiences they touch.

We have always been a "remote first" company and are proud to have team members located all over the world. We value Curiosity, Creativity, Perseverance, and Kindness and strive to demonstrate these core values every day. Our culture is very important to us. We invest in our people in fun and exciting ways, including personal development budgets and an annual all-company retreat that is focused less on work and more on human connections.

The Role

The Director of Growth Marketing owns Intellum's qualified pipeline target and the relationships, strategy, and execution required to hit it. This leader creates demand at the top of the funnel and converts it into qualified pipeline. The role is hands-on, senior, and manages one Sales Development Representative (SDR).

Agentic AI and automation sit at the center of how this function runs. The ideal candidate actively builds with modern automation tools to design Intellum's growth engine so pipeline and revenue outpace investment. You will serve as Intellum's go-to-market execution lead, collaborating closely with the CMO, Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Audience & Content, and Customer Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own Pipeline Target: Own the quarterly qualified-pipeline target in both opportunity count and revenue. Track leading indicators weekly, adjust targeting and spend, and present performance and resource recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Agentic Workflows & Automation: Build and manage growth workflows using tools such as Claude, Clay, and n8n via MCP and APIs. Automate account research, enrichment, scoring, routing, and follow-up sequences.
  • Top-of-Funnel Demand Creation: Generate demand across priority accounts through events, partner co-marketing, original research, and customer advocacy in partnership with Audience & Content and Customer Marketing.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Lead enterprise ABM motions (1:1, 1:few, and 1:many) alongside Sales, measuring buying-group engagement, opportunity creation, and deal velocity.
  • Multi-Channel GTM Execution: Orchestrate integrated go-to-market campaigns with Sales, aligning SDR efforts around key target accounts.
  • Conversion Optimization: Improve conversion rates from initial engagement to qualified pipeline through targeted offers, personalized landing pages, and optimized lead routing.
  • Paid Media & External Spend: Direct paid acquisition channels (such as LinkedIn ABM) validated by CRM data, while managing external contractors and agencies supporting web, creative, and analytics.
  • SDR Management: Manage and mentor the SDR, setting standards for qualification criteria, account research, and handoff to Sales.
  • Experimentation & Attribution: Launch growth initiatives with clear hypotheses, baselines, and tracking plans, combining multi-touch attribution with cohort analysis and holdout tests.
  • Travel & Availability: Travel occasionally for company events and customer meetings, while operating across multiple U.S. time zones.
