The Opportunity
Kin Insurance continues to grow. As we expand into new territories, we are looking for an experienced Licensed Sales Manager to help build and lead our sales teams. In this role, you will help hire, develop, and manage front-line Sales Agents through strategic mentoring to guide them toward achieving sales targets and goals.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
- Thoughtfully coach, empower, and engage 12–14 diverse Kin Sales Agents in a call-center environment.
- Meet and exceed target performance plans and objective standards for agents.
- Provide data reporting, analysis, and tracking of team and individual agent sales performance.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in other departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and enhancements.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to drive production.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new Sales Agents.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years of managing Sales Agents.
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines (PL) insurance license.
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
- Mastery of the insurance sales process from beginning to end with the ability to train and enhance internal processes.
- Proficiency with CRM software, reporting tools, and using data to guide decisions.
- Dedication to understanding agent and customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with a positive and collaborative attitude.
Shift & Schedule Requirements
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST.
- Saturdays: A rotating Saturday shift is required every 4–6 weeks.
