Creative Marketing Specialist (Lynsify) - Kiss My Apps

Kiss My Apps is a platform company uniting 7 product verticals and 30+ AI-first products with over 100+ million users, featuring an in-house ecosystem of analytical, payment, and marketing developments. We are looking for a Senior Creative Marketing Specialist for Lynsify—an AI application that helps users easily and quickly improve, style, and transform their photos.

In this role, you will own the full cycle of creating advertising creatives—from insight research and idea generation to result analysis and scaling the most effective solutions, while mentoring the team and implementing AI tools.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle of advertising creative creation: from research to scaling.
• Generate, test, and prioritize new creative concepts.
• Analyze test results, find insights, and improve creative performance.
• Coordinate the work of designers, motion designers, and other participants in the creative process.
• Develop and optimize the creative process, implementing AI tools into the team's work.
• Mentor Creative Marketing Managers and help develop team expertise.
• Research the market, competitors, and trends to find new scaling opportunities.
• Work in close cooperation with User Acquisition and Product teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Creative Marketing / Performance Marketing.
• Experience creating and scaling ad creatives for digital products.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and experience working with test results.
• Desire to take ownership of the creative direction and influence its development.
• Systems thinking and ability to build efficient processes.
• High level of self-organization and responsibility.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• English language proficiency at Intermediate (B1+) level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI products or mobile applications.
• Experience in mentoring or managing a small team.
• Practical experience using AI tools for creating and optimizing creatives.
• Experience working with international markets.
