We are looking for a Senior Reputation Manager to help scale our reputation management operations across our entire product ecosystem.

About the Role

You will take ownership of launching, developing, and scaling the Reputation Management function for Kiss My Apps: from Trustpilot, App Store, and Google Play to SERM, Reddit, Quora, and AI search engines. This is an opportunity to centralize reputation processes from scratch, build analytics systems, directly impact Tier-1 market perception, and ultimately scale the direction into a full department.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and centralize Reputation Management processes from scratch: monitoring, analysis, and management on Trustpilot, App Store, Google Play, Reddit, Quora, and relevant forums.
• Scale Trustpilot and review platform operations: rating optimization, organic review collection, negative review management, and detection/appeals for fake or spam reviews.
• Drive the SERM direction: search reputation management, brand mentions, PR materials, and thematic resources affecting search results.
• Build and execute brand presence strategies on Reddit, Quora, and niche communities.
• Drive AI Reputation Management: ensuring accurate product representation in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other LLM search systems.
• Establish analytics: define key metrics, track trends, spot patterns, and write technical specifications for data dashboards.
• Create a regular feedback loop with product teams, turning user feedback into feature insights and bug tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and SEO.
• Automate routine tasks and build out a standalone reputation department over time.

What We Expect

• Deep expertise in Reputation Management / SERM and hands-on experience building or scaling the function.
• Practical experience with Trustpilot (rating growth, review collection, moderation, and removal workflows).
• SERM experience in Tier-1 markets (US, Europe) for international brands.
• Strong understanding of policies and mechanics across App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, Reddit, and Quora.
• Strong analytical skills to structure data, define metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with product, support, and marketing teams.
• English proficiency of B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Reputation management experience for mobile apps and product companies.
• Practical experience managing brand visibility in LLM/AI search systems.
• Experience automating monitoring and review analysis processes.
