About the Role

This role is the operational backbone of the holding's management system. You will be the single point of accountability for ensuring that boards operate as a strategic decision-making tool rather than a reporting theater. Your task is to make board processes standardized, transparent, and efficient for all portfolio companies.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of quarterly boards for all portfolio companies: deadlines, formats, pre-screening of materials.
• Review board decks before they reach the holding CEO — return for revision if they do not meet standards.
• Formulate the agenda for each board together with the holding COO.
• Conduct post-board follow-ups: record decisions, owners, and deadlines.
• Build and maintain a decision-tracking system with visibility for top management.
• Maintain unified documentation and reporting standards across the entire portfolio.

What We Expect from You

• 4+ years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Advisory Manager (Strategy & Operations), Investment Manager/Analyst in a tech/SaaS/PE environment.
• Experience preparing and coordinating strategic materials for boards, investors, investment committees, or top management — mandatory.
• Experience analyzing the investment attractiveness of businesses/projects.
• Confident reading of financial statements (P&L, cash flow, unit economics).
• Experience managing processes in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Critical thinking and the ability to provide feedback to business leaders.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.

Nice to Have

• Experience in PE/VC portfolio structures or consulting (MBB, Big4 Strategy).
• Experience preparing a company for an investment round or M&A process.
