Kiss My Apps is an independent platform company that launches and develops B2C businesses using its Product Engine — an AI infrastructure integrating analytics, development, marketing, and payments.

Today, over 20 B2C businesses are scaling on the platform, serving more than 130 million users in 150+ countries worldwide. Since late 2022, Kiss My Apps has grown over 70 times, uniting 300+ specialists who create digital products in niches like utilities, lifestyle, health & fitness, and more.

Our pace is our competitive advantage. KMA grows at least 3x year-over-year — and we are looking for a Product Designer to help us scale even faster.

About the Role

This role is within the Platform / Engine Department — a team that builds internal tools used by product teams and marketing across the entire company. You will independently conduct product research and be responsible for the UI/UX of the entire line of internal and web products, as well as the unified design system upon which these products are built. This role is about systematic product design for complex tools, not individual screens for a single application.

North Star for this position: Engine products are perceived by teams as fast, understandable, and consistent tools, and design ceases to be a bottleneck in the development of complex flows.

Your Responsibilities

  • Product Research — Independently gather context (users, data, competitors, stakeholder requirements), formulate problems, and justify design solutions.
  • Product UI/UX for all Engine products — Design and redesign flows for internal products (Paywall Builder SDU, KissMyCockpit, AutoRules, Sauron Eye, Refund).
  • Design System / UI-kit — Build and maintain a library of reusable components and patterns so that engineers and AI tools generate within a unified kit.
  • AI-first Design Process — Utilize Figma / Stitch / Pencil + LLM tools for quick drafts and variations; final quality and decisions are yours.
  • Complex End-to-End Flows — From problem definition and user-flow to mockups and handover to development with semantic markup.
  • Support stakeholder / presentation design as needed.

What We Expect From You

  • Product UI/UX portfolio.
  • Figma proficiency.
  • Skills in independent product research (user flows, competitor analysis, working with requirements).
  • Experience with design systems / UI-kits.
  • AI fluency in the design process.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with paywall / subscription flows.
  • Motion design.
  • Understanding of front-end semantics and handing off mockups to code.
  • Experience in a product platform / product-factory environment.

What We Offer

  • Work format of your choice: Fully remote from anywhere in the free world, with optional access to one of our offices (Kyiv, Warsaw).
  • Conditions to focus on performance: A competitive salary commensurate with your skills and experience. We also provide equipment regardless of work format or geography.
  • Career growth through action: Over 80% of all leads at Kiss My Apps were switchers just 2-3 years ago. Your impact here is not defined by years on your resume — it's defined by how quickly you learn, take responsibility, and own your career.
  • Team activities: To support our team's mental health, we offer online yoga classes twice a week.
  • Development and professional realization: We host internal English speaking clubs with a native speaker and provide opportunities to speak at internal and external Kiss My Apps events. Additionally, you'll have an annual budget to cover up to 50% of professional conferences, educational events, and other events.
  • Additional flexible benefits: We provide a fixed annual budget from which you choose which expenses to cover: 50% of medical insurance, psychotherapy, sports, or dentistry. Also, 40 days of paid leave and sick days without date restrictions.
  • Support during wartime: We provide everyone with everything necessary for uninterrupted work, systematically support the Defense Forces, and participate in initiatives for the reconstruction of Ukraine.
