We are looking for a Social Media Growth Manager to help us scale even faster.

About the Role

You will build and scale organic product growth (in AI photo/image editing) through social media. In this role, you will work on growth strategies that increase app downloads and brand awareness. This is a unique opportunity to launch a new growth channel from scratch, establish systemic processes, and directly impact product and business growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media organic growth strategy focusing on reach, engagement, and installs.
• Generate and systematically test content hypotheses for TikTok and Instagram (Reels) to determine what drives product growth.
• Analyze competitors, trends, and effective formats, quickly adapting and scaling the most successful approaches.
• Create and implement automation processes for posting, content production, and basic analytics.
• Track and interpret key metrics (views, CTR, conversions, installs) to drive decision-making and strategy optimization.

What We Expect From You

• 2+ years of experience working with TikTok and/or Instagram (Reels) as growth channels for mobile products.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, virality, and trends, with the ability to identify growth-driven formats.
• Experience in systematic hypothesis testing, working with growth metrics, and scaling successful initiatives.
• Ability to create content that not only generates views but delivers concrete business results.
• Independence, ownership, strategic mindset, and the ability to build scalable processes.
• Creativity, proactivity, and enthusiasm for developing a new growth channel from the ground up.
