What You Will Do
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the future of Lattice Engagement and help define what great employee listening looks like in the years ahead.
Employee listening is a critical way HR leaders understand their organizations, build trust with employees, and turn feedback into action. As expectations for listening evolve, Lattice has an opportunity to make Engagement a more strategic, intelligent, and indispensable part of how companies lead.
You’ll create the long-term strategy for Lattice Engagement and lead the first major iteration of that strategy from discovery through launch. You’ll join a cross-functional team ready to execute, and together you’ll build products that give HR leaders a clearer understanding of their people—and the confidence to act on what they learn.
As a Lead Product Manager for Engagement, you will:
- Own the Engagement and employee-listening strategy: Define what we build next and what the future of employee listening should mean for Lattice and the HR leaders we serve.
- Turn insight into action: Develop product experiences that help HR leaders gather meaningful feedback, understand what it reveals, and take action that improves the employee experience.
- Lead strategy: Drive discovery, prioritization, execution, launch, and iteration for the products that bring this vision to life.
- Build a deep understanding of customers: Partner with Research to understand the needs, workflows, and most important decisions of HR leaders.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design: Translate customer problems and product strategy into clear, high-quality experiences.
- Use data to sharpen decisions: Work with Data Science to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and continually improve the product.
- Drive go-to-market readiness: Partner with Product Marketing to shape positioning, launches, and customer communication.
- Own outcomes: Set and influence key results that show Engagement is creating value for customers and for Lattice.

- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Direct experience with employee engagement, surveys, employee listening, feedback, research, or insight products.

- Deep customer empathy and an ability to understand the priorities and challenges of HR leaders.
- Strong product judgment balancing long-term vision with practical delivery.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
- A bias for action and the ability to create clarity and momentum.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience building products for HR, people teams, or complex organizational workflows.
