Position Overview

As an Account Executive at Limble, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing accounts. You will identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with organizations, demonstrating how Limble can solve their maintenance challenges. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Management and Ownership: Source and actively drive a robust sales pipeline by identifying potential prospects. Take full responsibility for managing and growing the pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow and achieving sales targets.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and engage with key decision-makers at target accounts using modern sales techniques and channels to generate and qualify leads.
  • Value Selling: Lead consultative, value-based sales conversations by diagnosing customer pain points, quantifying operational impact, and aligning Limble’s capabilities to financial and performance goals.
  • Demos & Solutions: Present customized product demonstrations tailored to prospect needs and organizational challenges.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Establish clear next steps and manage follow-up meetings with key influencers and decision-makers to build organizational buy-in.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead commercial and contract negotiations to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Solution Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to support end-to-end sales efforts.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and provide consistent pipeline updates and revenue forecasts to leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.
  • Hunter mentality with demonstrated experience generating your own pipeline and closing new business.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a consultative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and modern sales engagement tools.
