About Limble
At Limble we empower the unsung heroes who support the world. We're revolutionizing the way businesses manage their maintenance operations by providing a comprehensive suite of software solutions that empower organizations to optimize asset performance and drive operational excellence. From preventive maintenance to inventory management and beyond, our robust CMMS platform offers a suite of features designed to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
About the Role
We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join us on a six-month contract, covering a parental leave on our marketing team. This is a hands-on execution role: you'll take our field events calendar and make it happen, from the first venue hold to the final follow-up email that turns a conversation into a meeting.
You'll own Limble-hosted events end to end — Maintenance Hero Roadshows, ABM dinners, and ancillary events built around major industry tradeshows — plus the partner-hosted events we support alongside our Partner Marketing and Partnerships teams. You'll also share ownership of our industry tradeshow program with another events manager, dividing shows and workstreams between you so both sides of the calendar run without a hitch. Across all of it, you'll work shoulder to shoulder with Sales to fill rooms, set meetings, and make sure every event turns into pipeline.
Contract Details
- Duration: 6 months (October 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027)
- Employment type: Temporary, full-time, benefits eligible
- Location: Fully remote (US-based), with travel to events
How You'll Make an Impact
- Own Limble-hosted events end to end — Maintenance Hero Roadshows, ABM dinners, and ancillary events tied to industry tradeshows — from kickoff through post-event reporting.
- Co-own our industry tradeshow program alongside another events manager: split the show calendar and the workstreams within it, and take full ownership of assigned shows, including booth logistics, exhibitor services, shipping and drayage, staffing, lead capture, and on-site execution.
- Run pre-event logistics: venue sourcing, catering, A/V, event tech, swag and shipping, staffing plans, run-of-show documents, and budget tracking against plan.
- Drive attendance and meeting sets by partnering with Sales and SDRs on target lists, invitation campaigns, personal outreach, and pre-booked meetings.
- Manage partner sponsorship commitments for Limble-owned events, ensuring deliverables are scoped, fulfilled, and reported.
- Support partner-hosted events in close collaboration with Partner Marketing and Partnerships, coordinating presence, staffing, materials, and follow-up.
- Serve as the on-site lead: manage setup and teardown, brief and direct the field team, keep the run-of-show on track, and solve problems in real time.
- Close the loop after events with follow-up campaigns, lead capture/routing, and coordinated outreach with Sales to convert conversations into booked meetings.
- Report on performance — attendance, meetings booked, cost per meeting, and pipeline sourced/influenced — and share clear recommendations for future events.
- Travel as needed (approximately 30–40%) to execute events on site.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience executing B2B field marketing or event programs in a technology, SaaS, or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record running events end to end — logistics, vendors, on-site execution, and follow-up — with measurable pipeline results.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events at different stages while keeping every detail on track.
- Experience partnering directly with Sales or SDR teams to drive event attendance and set meetings.
- Comfort managing event budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships with fiscal discipline and creative problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders quickly.
- Willingness and ability to travel (30–40%) for on-site event execution.
- Demonstrates fluency with AI tools and workflows, applying them pragmatically to accelerate work.
- Available to start October 1, 2026 and commit through March 31, 2027.
