About LocalStack
LocalStack is the leading local cloud development platform. We make it easier, faster, and less expensive for software teams to ship reliable, high-quality applications to the cloud. Our platform provides secure local sandboxes that simulate cloud environments, enabling AI agents and software developers to find and fix risks faster and more effectively.
Our customer base ranges from SMBs to Global Fortune 500 companies, including NASA, Harness, IBM, Workday, Comcast, Apple, 3M, Block, and many more.
What You Will Do
- Maintain GRR >90% across your book of accounts, with renewals forecast accurately and risks flagged and addressed well ahead of renewal.
- Take on a full book of accounts and onboard new customers quickly, ensuring capacity to support both new and existing customers.
- Move customers from basic to advanced usage, such as CI integration and Cloud Pods, with LocalStack embedded in their engineering workflows.
- Grow accounts organically by identifying new teams and use cases, including Azure and Snowflake, and driving adoption of new product releases.
- Run each account with a clear success plan and work in step with the TAM, AE, and Product teams while helping refine playbooks and KPIs.
