Equip provides evidence-based eating disorder treatment entirely online. Each patient and family gets a dedicated care team of a therapist, dietitian, medical provider and peer and family mentors, and Equip works with many health insurance plans. Equip has been a fully virtual company since it was founded in 2019, and it offers a coworking stipend instead of an office. Openings span licensed clinicians in many US states plus finance, people, partnerships and business development roles, all remote.
