Trusted by thousands of businesses across more than 100 countries, Lokalise empowers millions of people worldwide to use digital services in their native languages.
Location & Eligibility
While our company operates exclusively on a remote basis, you must reside and have the legal right to work in one of the following countries: the United Kingdom, Latvia, or Spain.
- This is a full-time, remote position. Please note that we do not engage on a B2B or contractor basis.
- We do not partner with search firms.
About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our EMEA sales team and help drive Lokalise's growth across one of our most commercially significant segments.
The customers you'll engage span a broad range of industries across EMEA — from high-growth tech companies and digital-native brands to more established businesses undergoing meaningful transformation. AI is increasingly at the centre of these conversations, helping prospects understand how intelligent automation accelerates time-to-market and enables teams to scale content globally without expanding headcount.
Reporting to EMEA Sales leadership, you'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, collaborating closely with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success.
What You Will Do
- Manage the full sales cycle: Drive opportunities from prospecting and identifying qualified leads to delivering compelling product demonstrations, navigating proof-of-concept processes, and negotiating contracts.
- Engage prospects: Position and articulate Lokalise’s value proposition to key decision-makers, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
- Build a robust pipeline: Commit to daily targeted outbound prospecting to consistently maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to tailor solutions to prospect needs and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Exceed sales targets: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas while fostering long-term relationships.
- Track and report sales activities: Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce and provide accurate forecasting and account planning.
- Stay informed: Continuously educate yourself on Lokalise’s products, the localization industry, and competitive landscape.
What You Must Have
- Proven sales experience: 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably managing complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Track record of success: Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding quotas and closing new business.
- Outbound prospecting and pipeline generation: Proven ability to proactively identify and engage target accounts, generating your own pipeline through outbound outreach rather than relying solely on inbound or SDR leads.
- Experience selling to Marketing teams: Track record of selling SaaS solutions to Marketing audiences. Experience engaging with technical stakeholders is also a plus.
- Sales methodology expertise: Familiarity with frameworks such as SPICED, MEDDIC, or similar methodologies.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to influence multiple stakeholders.
- Technical aptitude: Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with the ability to quickly master new technologies.
- Resilient and proactive mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
It’s a Plus If You Have
- Experience selling localization or translation management solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of the SaaS market and B2B sales processes.
- Familiarity with outbound sales engagement tools such as Outreach or Salesloft.
- Prior experience working within distributed or remote teams.
