Principal Product Manager, AI - LTK

For more than a decade, LTK has helped shape the creator economy by connecting thousands of creators and brands with millions of consumers. Today, our platform powers more than $6 billion in annual retail sales. Behind that scale is over a decade of commerce data on how people discover products, how creators influence purchasing decisions, and how brands and consumers connect.

As Principal Product Manager, AI, you’ll use that foundation to shape the next generation of creator and agentic commerce. You’ll define how AI helps brands find the right creators, turns commerce intelligence into better decisions, and enables agents to work on behalf of customers—always with their goals in mind. Your scope will span LTK’s Creator Management Platform (CMP) agent harness and LLM judges, in-house ML models, and the proprietary knowledge graph connecting our creator, brand, campaign, and marketplace intelligence.

This is a deeply technical role and one of LTK’s most senior individual contributor product positions, paired directly with our Machine Learning and Data Science team. You’ll work together to define model capabilities, shape data and system requirements, establish rigorous evaluations, and make trade-offs across quality, reliability, latency, and cost.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Define long-term vision & strategy: Set the multi-quarter AI product strategy for LTK’s proprietary ML models, agent infrastructure, and evaluation systems (agent harness, LLM judges, proprietary knowledge graph).
• Collaborate with ML & Data Science: Translate customer problems into model capabilities and experiments. Shape data quality, coverage, and feedback loops. Partner with Engineering on model selection, retrieval, tool use, and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Design agentic experiences: Define how agents understand customer goals, act on their behalf, require approval, and allow human overrides. Build privacy, transparency, and human oversight into these experiences.
• Own evaluation & launch criteria: Partner with ML and Data Science to build representative evaluation datasets, investigate failure patterns, and monitor quality in production.
• Raise the evaluation bar: Stay aligned with emerging research on evaluating non-deterministic experiences, test new approaches, and evolve shared quality frameworks across LTK.
• Cross-functional product alignment: Work with Product leads across LTK to identify where AI can deliver maximum value for creators, brands, and consumers.
• Champion responsible AI: Balance innovation with reliability, privacy, transparency, safety, and human oversight.
• Elevate AI-native product thinking: Influence senior leaders and help shape LTK's overall AI strategy.

What You Will Bring

• Experience: 8+ years of Product Management experience owning complex technical products, multi-quarter strategy, and business outcomes.
• AI/ML Track Record: Demonstrated experience shipping and improving AI/ML products in production (LLM applications, AI agents, model-backed workflows) with measurable impact.
• Technical Fluency: Direct experience collaborating with ML engineers and applied scientists on model behavior, system architecture, data quality, latency, and cost trade-offs.
• AI Evaluation Expertise: Deep knowledge of evaluating non-deterministic AI behavior, building evaluation frameworks, and diagnosing failure patterns.
• Hands-on Validation: Skilled in using prototypes, evaluation tools, and data analysis to test product concepts and improve AI quality.
• Product Judgment: Ability to turn complex technical capabilities into intuitive customer experiences while balancing technical constraints and business goals.
• Leadership & Alignment: Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to build alignment across senior leaders without direct authority.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
