The Role
MagicSchool is hiring an Integrated Campaigns Manager to own the full campaigns engine from start to finish. You will consistently plan, kick off, and track every campaign with clear owners and timelines, tying progress directly to pipeline generation.
You will plan and project manage national and seasonal campaigns, build toolkits for Sales and Customer Success, and generate pipeline through owned campaigns and third-party partnerships. Sitting on the Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Creative, Product Marketing, and Corporate Marketing, while presenting regularly to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own national and seasonal campaigns (Back to School, Teacher Appreciation Week, Customer campaigns, and others) from ideation through launch, measurement, and debrief.
- Build and maintain campaign toolkits that provide Sales and Customer Success with resources for prospecting and customer marketing.
- Work with the regional campaigns team to ensure national campaigns localize effectively and regional needs inform national planning.
- Maintain a unified campaign calendar with clear owners and timelines, sharing status updates proactively.
- Coordinate email, paid ads, events, content, social, and web so campaigns run as cohesive initiatives.
- Report on performance against pipeline and ROI goals, translating results into recommendations for upcoming campaigns.
- Support the Senior Manager of Demand Generation in executing partner-driven programs (partnership paid ads, co-hosted webinars, trade publication placements) in coordination with partner relationship teams.
